Unleashing Potential - Maximizing Impact

CULTURE OF GROWTH

Cultivating a THRIVING culture of growth within schools, staffs and students

WHAT IS A CULTURE OF GROWTH?

A culture of growth is composed of underlying values and beliefs that promote and elicit growth. It changes how we think, feel, talk, perceive and experience opportunities and challenges around us.

It is the essential component to support every skill and standard needed to thrive in an era of rapid change and global connections.

Without a culture of growth, the best adoptions, lesson plans, and initiatives fall short of their potential. Investing in a culture of growth impacts EVERY area of education!

Let's grow together!

Title 1, Part A - Parent & Family Engagement (ESSA Section 116). TPEP Admin: Partnering with the school community to promote student learning (criterion 8). TPEP Teachers: Communicating and collaborating with families and school community (criterion 7).

Families have a primary role in establishing and fostering students' mindsets. Working in partnership with families to develop and support a culture of growth at home maximizes and expands our growth impact on students' lives.

2. TRAINING FOR EDUCATORS: Maximizing your impact and influence for growth among the families of your students  (90 min - 3 hours)

Enquiring Minds Want to Know!

Alas, it is too late for this year. But perfect timing to begin preparing for next year!

Site registrations for the 2019.2020 school year begin Jan 1st.

We recommend a quick info session with your admin/coaches/LIT in the spring to increase readiness to benefit. This can be online or in person - depending on location & schedules (no cost).

This journey is about shaping CULTURE and everyone on your staff plays an important role.

We ENCOURAGE you to include your specialists, paras and support staff in your site membership.

The only requirement is that they be an employee at your site - not from another school.

If your staff numbers exceed the "limit" listed on the site membership - no worries! We'll include them without any extra fees. The more staff following along and participating in the journey, the stronger the impact!

Start each month by watching the quick overview video with your staff. Use the discussion and growth goal guides to help make connections.

Each week, teachers & staff receive a "Brain Booster" email with a link to that week's growth videos and content. Teachers & staff watch these on their own timeline while staying connected to the growth focus across your site.

The progressive nature of the journey keeps momentum strong and embeds the ongoing and consistent criteria needed for developing or changing culture.

Individual membership plans are $55/month per person.

Site membership plans are $7500 per site.

This includes access for all your onsite staff (including custodians, paras, etc), weekly Brain Boosters and interaction opportunities with Dr. Martinez, weekly training videos and resources, monthly site overview video with discussion questions, site suggestions, student growth indicators, family connections and more!

You may choose your payment option: monthly, 3 payments, or the full year in advance.

Monthly and 3 payment options allow you to cancel at any time. No refunds will be issued for payment already received.
