Fast paced, interactive training to build a culture and climate of growth across your district/site! Creates shared understanding, language and growth perspectives. Builds a growth foundation for expectations and conversations about self, staff and students. Sets a growth foundation for discussing student data, navigating change, and other growth opportunities. Students respond internally, in their engagement with the learning process and in interactions with one another. Site memberships provide a monthly growth focus and weekly growth training and tips for ALL staff to use in working with students.
MOST IMPORTANTLY - it create solidarity of growth and sustained consistency for mindset changes across your site.

We recommend a quick info session with your admin/coaches/LIT in the spring to increase readiness to benefit. This can be online or in person - depending on location & schedules (no cost).
This journey is about shaping CULTURE and everyone on your staff plays an important role.
We ENCOURAGE you to include your specialists, paras and support staff in your site membership.
The only requirement is that they be an employee at your site - not from another school.
If your staff numbers exceed the "limit" listed on the site membership - no worries! We'll include them without any extra fees. The more staff following along and participating in the journey, the stronger the impact!
Start each month by watching the quick overview video with your staff. Use the discussion and growth goal guides to help make connections.
Each week, teachers & staff receive a "Brain Booster" email with a link to that week's growth videos and content. Teachers & staff watch these on their own timeline while staying connected to the growth focus across your site.
The progressive nature of the journey keeps momentum strong and embeds the ongoing and consistent criteria needed for developing or changing culture.
Individual membership plans are $55/month per person.
Site membership plans are $7500 per site.
This includes access for all your onsite staff (including custodians, paras, etc), weekly Brain Boosters and interaction opportunities with Dr. Martinez, weekly training videos and resources, monthly site overview video with discussion questions, site suggestions, student growth indicators, family connections and more!
You may choose your payment option: monthly, 3 payments, or the full year in advance.
Monthly and 3 payment options allow you to cancel at any time. No refunds will be issued for payment already received.
